Collection: Bar Soap

Beautifully Me Cosmetics handcrafts bar soap using the slow, cold process method.  This simply means no additional heat is used during the crafting process, so the natural benefits of the ingredients are preserved as much as possible.  Each bar contains a high percentage of nutrient rich, moisturizing, and purifying ingredients.  Once the soap loaves are crafted, they sit for up to 48 hours before being cut into individual bars.  At this point, the bar soap is safe (saponification has occurred and the lye and oils have combined) to use and technically able to be used by waiting customers.  These bars are then set aside to cure for 5-6 weeks.  Curing simply means the water evaporates and leaves a harder, longer lasting bar.
